Laminated Glass
The laminated glass is a type of glass that when broken keeps the pieces together. It is built with two or more glass sheets, which are joined by two or more layers of intermediary polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or EVA.
When broken, the pieces stay glued to this layer. This feature produces a “spider web” effect when the impact is not strong enough to make a hole in the glass.
Normally used in Glass stairs, Facades, Body Guard, Dividers, Balcony (balcony protection), Doors .
